Yin Yoga for QTPOC

Yin Yoga for Emotional Release Let's create space for some slow, restorative, and healing poses to end our week. In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for 3-10 minutes and focus on releasing emotions and tuning within. This is a closed space for queer and trans people of color A few things that can support the practice are: -thick books or yoga blocks (2) -a blanket or two All of these are optional but can support the poses. I invite you to create whatever vibe feels supportive to you on your end. This can include lighting candles or incense, playing your own feel good slow jams, or dimming the lights. I recognize that in this virtual world we may be limited in our access to space. Any space that you can move in works! All ages and levels welcome.
